Sameh Hussein was born on December 16, 1975 in Egypt. He studied at the Egyptian Faculty of Law and Arts, Department of Theater, and graduated from the Creativity Center at the Opera House. Sameh Hussein’s artistic beginning was by playing small roles in cinema and television. However, the major shift was achieved for him through the Egyptian sitcom series (Man and Six Women) by presenting him with the role of Ramzi, the stupid, naive young man, cousin (Adel), who was played by the Egyptian actor Ashraf Abdel-Baqi, where the audience loved him very much, and his famous sentence became famous in the series (Dooula Habibi) and he became one of The main stars in the success of the series, and the series increased his fame, so he participated in many films and co-starred with Ahmed Makki in the movie H. Wasp. He was famous for his wit and amazing ability to make the audience laugh.
