Jenna Elfman was born on September 30, 1971, in Los Angeles, the largest city in California, on the Pacific Coast of the United States. She began acting in 1994 with a minor role as a ballet dancer in the background of an episode of “Murder, She Wrote.” Her first film role was as Tanya in “Grosse Pointe Blank” in 1997, for which she won a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Television Series Musical or Comedy that same year. Since then, she has continued to work in both films and television.
