Biography, Life story
Diana Haddad was born on October 1, 1976 in a small town in southern Lebanon called Basalem, in the Matn District of Mount Lebanon. Diana left Lebanon after the outbreak of the war in it to grow up in Kuwait, where she studied the stages of her life at the Fahaheel National School. Her artistic talent suddenly appeared when she was eight years old. At that time, she was singing in national concerts in 1988, with the beginning of the Gulf War, which reached Kuwait. Diana and her family were forced to return to her homeland, Lebanon, after spending fourteen years of her life in Kuwait. After Diana finished her studies by learning computer programming in 1992, she began her art journey. And she joined the amateur program Studio El Fan, in the folk song category, Diana ranked first at the level of the south and fourth at the level of Lebanon.
Diana Haddad is considered one of the most famous singers on the Arab scene, famous for singing pop music in oriental color. She released her first album, Saken, after she participated in the Studio El Fan program.
Diana Haddad has five siblings: Lolita, Danny, Fadi, and Samir. She is the third child. Diana’s parents are Joseph, and her mother, Mona, died in 1999. Diana met her husband, television director Suhail Al-Abdul, at the age of nineteen in late 1995, and she converted to Islam by his hand, and gave birth to her first child, Sophie, then gave birth to Mira, who was born on November 26, 2007.
