Biography, Life story
Dima Sadek was born on February 28, 1978 in Khiam, Lebanon. It traces its origins to the town of Khiam al-Amiliyya in southern Lebanon. She received her first studies at the French Lissa (AKA) in Achrafieh, and continued her studies in political science at Saint Joseph University. She is a Lebanese journalist who worked for Al-Safir newspaper while she was a university student. Upon her graduation, she worked for two years as an assistant to the late Joseph Samaha, the editor-in-chief of Al-Safir newspaper. And she began her television career in 2007 with the launch of Al-Ooty TV in (OTV) as the main anchor of the Eighth Newsletter and the presenter of the morning political program. In 2011, she decided to leave OTV after receiving an offer from the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation (LBCI), where she began presenting several political programmes, news bulletins, in addition to the Miss Lebanon 2014 election ceremony.
She married Dr. Ahmed Al-Hajj and gave birth to her first child, Yasmina, and her second child in 2016 in a hospital in Canada and named her Ward.
