Ghizlane Taibi was born in Morocco. She studied in Paris before returning to Morocco. She enrolled to present news in French on Channel 2 Morocco (2M). It is a young face within the channel, playful and elegant in its language when it presents news on the channel, but it is also highly travelling and contentious in its attitudes and interests.
She is recognized as a Francophone culture, and learned Hebrew as a little girl by a Jewish rabbi in Casablanca and mastered it more in Paris and Israel, As part of her journalism, she has visited Israel on numerous occasions, completing a number of reports and investigations on behalf of Channel 2, which works for her benefit. It dealt with various topics, including the work of the Jerusalem House of Money, settlement and the suffering of Palestinians in the West Bank as well as in its research as a book on divine religions. It had been accused of normalization with Israel, but it denied that Israel was an occupying Power that occupied 60 per cent of the West Bank and established new settlements on a daily basis at the expense of the Palestinian people, thereby encroaching on Palestinians’ rights.
She also caused controversy because of his promoted images of her wearing sexy clothing, as opposed to other photos of her wearing a hijab.
