Mariam Said was born on September 20, 1985 in Agadir, southern Morocco. In her childhood, she used to practice karate, and she also loved playing football, and she joined the Raja Casablanca Football Club. Fluent in Arabic, French, English and Italian. She started her career at the age of 17 on the second Moroccan channel (2M) by presenting the program (My Health Every Day), then she moved on to presenting a different type of artistic dialogue program, most notably (The Melodies of the Immortal Atlas), and after a journey of brilliance and self-affirmation that extended to about four years. She received an attractive offer to present the funniest talent show in Morocco (Studio 2M).
Despite her young age, she became famous and crossed borders outside Morocco to represent her country on the Arab Radio and Television Network (ART) through a musical program entitled (Zayn al-Tarab), which she presented on the (ART al-Tarab) channel. After that, she continued her career while she was still studying.
In 2010, Mariam Said applied to join the MBC channel to join the news department in a quantum leap and a new experience, as she became one of the channel’s most popular and widely accepted broadcasters in the Middle East in presenting the main (ninth) news bulletin.
