Nahed El Sebai was born on May 25, 1987 in Cairo, the capital of Egypt, from an ancient cinematic family. She is the daughter of the Egyptian director (Medhat El Sebai) and the Egyptian producer (Nahed Farid Shawky), the granddaughter of the artist Farid Shawky and the artist Hoda Sultan, and her aunt, the actress Rania Farid Shawqi.
Nahed El Sebai studied media at the University of October for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA), and participated in a number of cinematic and television works. She also participated in an international film entitled (After the Battle), which won the Cannes Festival in 2012. It is worth noting that she took lessons in the workshop of the artist (Mohamed Sobhi). Which greatly helped her progress in acting.
