Biography, Life story
Najwa Qassem was born on July 07, 1968 in the town of Jun in the Shuf district of Mount Lebanon. She worked 11 years for Lebanon’s Future TV and desired a channel more specialized in political news. She moved to Al Arabiya Channel in 2004, where she presented the daily programme (today’s event) on the Arab and Arab channels of the event. News of the wars in Afghanistan, Iraq and Lebanon was covered.
Al Arabiya Channel named Najwa Qasim as “the crystal piece” and the Saudi newspaper Riyadh as “the war reporter”. An exciting and dangerous fact of her career was the rise of a microphone wreck minutes after an explosion targeting Al-Arabiya’s Baghdad office to air the incident before she rushed to the street to stop cars to transport the wounded to hospitals while several bodies were scattered as a result of the force of the explosion.
She did not marry, although she did not reject the idea, and most of her experiences were as advanced as the connection, but something happens and obstructs the subject.
