Priyanka Chopra was born on July 18, 1982 in Jharkhand, India. Both parents were Indian Army doctors, causing the family to move frequently during her childhood, but she spent the needlessness of her childhood in Barelte, and during her adolescence she lived with her aunt for several years in the United States.<\/p>\n

She achieved global fame in 2000 after winning Miss World, becoming the fifth Indian girl to win the title. She worked as a model before being attracted by cinema cameras, presenting films of great success at both artistic and commercial levels, and is the first Indian actress to appear on the Indian version of Maxim International Magazine. Today she is one of India’s most popular characters and one of the highest paid female stars in Bollywood after the success of her films in past years.<\/p>\n

She made her debut in the 2002 film Tamezan. In 2003, she starred in “The Hero”, which was her first start in Indian cinema, followed by “Andaz”, which was a great success at the box office. Chopra later received considerable critical attention for her glamorous role in the 2004 film Aitraz. By 2006, she had established herself in Indian cinema for her starring roles in highly successful films, and then as a model in the 2008 film Vashon, which was an important turning point in her artistic career. Her ingenuity in drawing a series of unconventional characters was later noted, including: A Woman of Feisty Skills in the 2009 film “Kamini”, a thug in the 2011 film “New Noir Pardon Seven Killers”, a woman of autism in the 2012 comedy romance (Parvey), and boxing in the 2014 film “Marie Kon”.<\/p>\n

She also participated in theatre performances, hosted a reality show on television, wrote columns for newspapers, participated in philanthropic activities and was appointed UNICEF’s Goodwill Ambassador for Children’s Rights on August 10, 2010. She launched her first song (in my city) in 2012, and her second (Igzotek) first in 2013 and spread to countries like the United States and Canada.<\/p>\n
